Position: PROCESS PLANNER
Description: Detail customer’s drawings or prepare shop drawings of complicated parts, equipment and assemblies, including various views, sectional profiles and small or intricate details from sketches or customer’s drawings to relate pertinent information to shop personnel. Review critical material items from estimate sheet.
Experience: Must be proficient in blueprint reading and good drafting skills, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. 2. General computer knowledge, i.e., DOS and Windows commands and data entry and program manipulation, working knowledge of most of the programs used in the Engineering Department.4. Has a minimum of 2 years working experience on a CAD system and can create basic geometry in 3D.Effective math skills including algebra, trigonometry and geometry.
Education: High School Education. Two to five years related experience; secondary education preferred in mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree.

Position: QUALITY INSPECTOR II or III
Description: Prepare inspection plans from drawings and engineering requirements. Train and supervise lower inspection and personnel as directed by the Inspection Supervisor. Perform visual and dimensional inspection
Experience: Experience with Dye Penetrant, Mag Particle, CWI, and NDT. (CWI a plus). Thorough understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Math skills sufficient to calculate geometric and trigonometric functions such as circumference, chord lengths, rise and slope of right triangles, true position deviations, etc. Algebraic skills to perform conversions, mechanical strength determinations, etc. Ability to analyze data and input into computer.
Education: Three to Six years of satisfactory performance in the corresponding inspection of testing activity. High school diploma plus Associates degree highly desired.

Position: NUCLEAR QUALITY ENGINEER
Description: Assists the Quality Manager in maintaining Company Quality System for a Nuclear Fabrication. Review and approval of planning, preparation and approval of procedures, Monitor and control of fabrication, inspection and testing processes, preparation and certification of documentation packages, auditing and customer interface. Identifying and implementing job requirements and preparing any quality related planning.
Experience: Must be familar with fabrication techniues and equipment. Must have working knowledge fo ASME NQA-1 and ASME Section III. Must know proper auditing techniques. Must possess good writting and communication skills.
Education: Four year degree in a technicial field and four yearrs of quality engineering expericence in fabrication and machining such as working with codes, standards and specifications, auditing, SPC, preparing procedues and other quality related documents. 8 years of quality engineering experience maybe considered in lieu of degree.
